Business identity

APEX Nonprofit is a DBA (trade name) of APEX Accounting and Advisory LLC.

Status-check requests

The status-check form does not send information to a website database. It prepares a message in the visitor’s email application, and information is transmitted only if the visitor sends that email.

CPA-client relationship

Submitting a request does not create a CPA-client relationship. An engagement begins only after both parties sign a written engagement letter.
